I love this so much because i don't have to worry about taking a bike lock with me. When I'm running errands or going to the park, i can easily lock it.

My new lock arrived quickly and I was pleased to get to install it. But the set of keys came inserted in the keyhole. The pressure on the lock (or key head ) by the USPS meant the inserted key was badly bent. The. lock should have been mailed in a box and maybe the keys in bubble wrap- the metal is fragile. I’ve also been afraid to install the new lock since caps were put in where I need to place screws. How do I remove the caps? And the part of the lock that had an opening for the lock extension? Capped as well. What trouble for something that should be easy. Still, I’m giving it 3 stars because built in bike locks are awesome. So much better an lugging a chain or ulock. Too bad you need a degree in locksmithing to install it.

Good lock, but conflicts with the front rack
Nice lock and easy to install with a keyed star allen wrench. The key can be inserted in either direction, but one side of the key is taller than the other. If you insert the key with the tall side facing up, it will hit the bottom of the front rack while turning. This happened to us and it bent the key making it hard to remove. I need to order a replacement key. Make sure you insert the key with the long side facing down. I may also try filing the plastic off the long end.
