The lock Madsen sent me 3 months after I ordered it is.........incompatible with my Madsen bike. So, yeah. The good news is my Madsen hasn't yet been stolen

Hey Maxim! We did finally get the new cable locks in stock, only to find out that they didn't fit some of the older models. However, we quickly got some that fit the older models. Let us know if you'd like one of those. And happy riding!
United StatesEasy to fix my ignorant mistake
Sadly both keys to our Madsen disappeared into thin air. After endless searches, including digging through garbage cans, we elected to replace the front wheel lock. It was a super easy process (with heavy duty bolt cutters). If you find yourself in this situation, it is a fixable problem! And now we're back to riding our beloved Madsen. And we have air tags and a coiled bracelet for our key now.
