MADSEN Cycles designs, develops and manufactures fun family cargo bicycles and accessories for awesome people! We are a small bicycle manufacturer with high output and a small team of 3-5 people who all work very closely together to get more families outside making memories on bucket bikes!

We are hiring a new team member! This person must be a hard-working individual who puts great attention to detail, keeps the office organized and flowing, communicates effectively, and strives to foster meaningful customer relationships. Our community is a vital part of our business.

This position is full-time, with some potential flexibility between home and office work. This position may be flexible on hours, depending on how competently tasks are completed. Come help us grow this amazing community!

Cheerful, Upbeat, & Organized Team-player with Excellent Communication Skills,  Customer Service Skills, Integrity, Proactive Work Ethic and Computer Skills

Proficiency in these skills will be very helpful to the position: Google Suite, Shopify, Klaviyo, Shipping, Vendor Account Relationships, Spreadsheets, Inventory Tracking and Ordering, Community Building, and Order Processing

Social Media and other Marketing experience would be awesome!
